Charlotte from Inkerling Design

Personal Branding Photography with Charlotte from Inkerling Design

Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of photographing Charlotte from @inkerling_design—a digital, product, service, and brand designer. We met up at the gorgeous Public & Plants, and claimed the sun-soaked window seat (aka: photographer’s dream lighting).

We started the shoot the way all good things should begin—with croissants and a good chat. I always make time for a proper conversation before getting the camera out. Not just because it puts everyone at ease (although it absolutely does), but because the best photos happen when people feel relaxed, comfortable, and like themselves—not like they’re on a set.

Charlotte’s work is all about thoughtful design and quiet confidence, and we wanted her photos to reflect that. Nothing overly polished or corporate—just honest, natural images that feel true to her brand. We kept things simple and stylish, focusing on personality and process. The result is a set of images she can use across her new website and socials, with plenty of variety to cover different touchpoints.

I love working with creative business owners like Charlotte—people who care deeply about what they do and want their brand visuals to tell that story. And shooting in such a beautifully designed space certainly didn’t hurt.

If you’re after branding photography that feels like you—not a version of you you’ve been told to perform—I’d love to hear from you.
